• Processing Time: Because our rings are not mass-produced, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, inspection, and packaging. (Custom engravings may add an additional 2 days).

• Global Shipping: We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

• Tracking: Once your band is dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking information.

RETURNS POLICY We stand by the craftsmanship of our unconventional bands. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the ring must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-engraved rings and bespoke commissioned pieces cannot be returned for a full refund due to their personalized nature.
